1. CAN I RETURN A STRAP IF IT HAS BEEN WORN?

We only accept returns on items in new, unused condition. Once a leather strap is installed then removed is shows immediate signs of wear and thus the item cannot be re-sold.

3. HOW DO I MEASURE MY WATCH STRAP?

Please go to page "Strap Measurement Guide" on how to measure and find the perfect strap fit for your watch

4. DO I NEED A SPECIAL TOOL TO CHANGE MY WATCH STRAP?

Yes, you will need a spring bar removal tool to remove the spring bars from the watch lugs, and install the new strap or can also take your watch over to watch repair shop or jeweler to have them do it for you.
